COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
This regulation was put into place to protect children 13 and under on the internet. This regulation puts the parents in charge and in control. Eric Wyatt Photography takes sports and school images of that age bracket of students, but his webpage is marketed to the parents, not the children. Eric Wyatt Photography does not knowingly collect personal information from children 13 years and under.
